This videoconference hearing of the allegations in this case will take place on April 15, 2026 to April 16, 2026 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm via Zoom.
The hearing will be open to the public via Zoom only, unless provided otherwise pursuant to s. 27 of the Act. Members of the public who are not parties or witnesses to the hearing need to register in advance in order to attend the Zoom hearing.

Should a person properly served with notice of a hearing not attend at the time and place appointed, the Discipline Panel may proceed in that person's absence without further notice to that person.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the hearing to minimize disruptions.
Members of the public are muted for the duration of the hearing.
Members of the public may observe the hearing, but they may NOT participate.
Members of the public are NOT permitted to record the hearing in any manner, including photography, video and audio recordings or screenshots.
If the Hearing Panel has ordered that part of the proceedings not be public, members of the public in attendance will be placed in a virtual waiting room until the hearing resumes in public.
